These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Memora mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Memora helps users organize photo memories and render story videos from photos and other media they are authorized to access. You are responsible for the photos, videos, captions, and other content you process, render, save, publish, or share through the App. Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
AI-generated captions, recommendations, scene signals, story groupings, and some built-in background music may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to content created by others. You should review generated content before rendering, saving, publishing, or sharing it. Memora does not guarantee that AI-generated output or a rendered story will be accurate, unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.
Memora does not represent that AI-generated material was created solely by a human. Certain built-in background tracks were generated using Google Gemini/Lyria. Google does not sponsor, endorse, or supply the App.
Subject to these Terms and only to the extent MFLab-AI owns or is legally able to grant the applicable rights, MFLab-AI grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce and share a built-in soundtrack only as synchronized with and incorporated into a video rendered by the App. This license permits personal and commercial use of that rendered video, including saving it to your device, sharing it with others, and uploading it to a hosting or social-media service. You may grant such a service only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, and display that rendered video.
This license does not permit you to extract, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, register, claim exclusive ownership of, or otherwise exploit a built-in soundtrack as a standalone audio file or as part of a music library, sample pack, competing product, machine-learning dataset, or other work created outside the App. The license ends if you materially breach these Terms, but copies of rendered videos lawfully shared before termination may remain where applicable law or a hosting service’s valid terms permit.
Built-in soundtracks are provided on a non-exclusive, “as is” basis. MFLab-AI does not guarantee exclusive copyright, human authorship, or non-infringement, and does not grant rights it does not have. If you receive a credible rights complaint concerning a built-in soundtrack, stop further distribution of the affected video where reasonably possible and contact MFLab-AI.
Some features, including Pro Vision AI quota or credit packs, may require in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment processing and refunds according to Apple’s terms and policies. Pro Vision AI quota may be subject to limits, availability, provider outages, abuse prevention, request size limits, and entitlement verification.
If you use Pro Vision AI, selected images are temporarily sent to our backend and configured VLM provider to generate caption data. All photos are immediately deleted after the captions are generated without being stored. However, do not submit photos or other content unless you have the right to process them through the service.
The App and remote services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, quotas, prices, product names, supported platforms, providers, and built-in media may change over time. We may suspend or limit features to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, respond to a rights complaint, or handle operational incidents.
Memora’s source code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by MFLab-AI or its licensors. Except for the limited rendered-video soundtrack license in Section 3 and the rights necessary to use the App as provided, no rights are granted. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
Nothing in these Terms transfers exclusive ownership of AI-generated material to you or limits rights you independently hold in your own photos, videos, captions, edits, creative selection, arrangement, or other original contributions. Copyright protection for AI-assisted or AI-generated material may vary by jurisdiction.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFLab-AI (Sang Hun Kim) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and publishing the revised Terms on this page. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
