Welcome to Memora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Memora mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your device. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Certain features, such as “Pro Vision AI”, require in-app purchases. Apple handles these transactions, and you are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how your data is collected and protected.
The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall MFLab-AI (Sang Hun Kim) be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
